GUI
Programming in Win32 with MFC
This course provides an excellent introduction to the basics of GUI (graphical
user interface) programming with MFC (Microsoft Foundation Classes). In
addition, MFC’s support for database with ODBC (Open Database Connectivity)
is studied.

implementing back-end servers with console mode programs.

Custom DCOM Interfaces Using ATL
(ActiveX Template Library)
In contrast to most classes on COM/OLE/ActiveX that focus on the graphical
user interface (such as controls, drag & drop etc.), this class focuses
on creating custom COM interfaces with the ActiveX Template Library (ATL) for
distributed asynchronous computing.
